February

Annie and Julie love playing with their Russian dolls.  Kate got some paper dolls from Nana (Pam Yeates) and she was so nice to let Annie and Julie play with them, too.

David found a cool new playground to take the kids to.

Horrible weather day meant that Annie and Julie were the only ones at their art class--they loved it!  They also love doing art at home.

Mason has been letting Julie sleep in his bed, and Annie is usually on a fold-out mat next to them on the floor.  It's not so scary at night if you're with a brave older brother!

Kate read the book "Esperanza Rising" with dad, and afterwards they learned how to make a yarn doll like they do in the book.  Mason got a book series called the "Wild Robot" from his cousin Lily for his birthday, and he loved it.

HAPPY VALENTINE'S DAY!

We had some fun class parties, Kate made a beautiful cake that had real flowers on it like Aunt Michelle's wedding cake, we had heart shaped pizza for dinner, and the kids got fun packages from grandparents and friends.  Mason and Kate also enjoyed making their very own Valentine boxes to take to school to collect cards and treats from friends.

GREAT WOLF LODGE and MASON'S BIRTHDAY!

We had lots of fun swimming, eating cake and pizza, playing at the arcade, had a party with friends and played Smash Bros, and Mason got some fun presents and a hoverboard!

Julie went to Above All during toddler time with Dad--lots of fun!  She also found a toy that she calls her ipad.

The kids made a cool obstacle course one day.

I took Mason and Kate in for check ups.  Both have minor scoliosis.  Julie LOVES stuffed animals and is always carrying around her current favorite for a few days.

And lots of snow!  We have had nine snow days from school this year.
