February

David's BYU friends came to visit for the BYU/KU basketball game. We lost but all the guys had a great time spending time together.

I went to an author meet for the book Injustice Town about corruption in KCK.
I'm fascinated and horrified by my class.

Happy Valentine's Day! David and Kate were in Tulsa for a volleyball tournament, but the rest of us had fun eating heart-shaped pancakes, pizza, and watching Robin Hood.

We had a four-day weekend and went to Great Wolf Lodge.

Happy Birthday, Mason! He's such a great kid. 16 is a huge milestone; he became a priest, he baptized Kate in the temple, he got his driver's license and the pilot is registered, and he's off doing things with friends. Mason is still doing club soccer, keeping his grades up, and is a great brother. We love him so much!

Annie got to perform the national anthem with her middle school choir at a Maverick's hockey game! She also performed a musical number in church with other middle school orchestra friends.

Grant wrapped up his basketball season. He learned so much and had a great team and coach!

Kate had another volleyball tournament in Lawrence, KS, and they won their Nickel division. Kate also had a band performance. We love watching her activities!

We have such a good Village. Lots of games, parties, and playing together.

Julie got braces, at the same time as her friend Gabe, and now we've got three kids in braces!
