We blessed Julie on July 3rd at David's parent's ward.  We had an amazingly smooth day; it later turned out we had a lot of prayers sent our way because we were making a major family decision.  I could tell a difference and was very grateful for all the love sent our way.

 We had a few fun days in Layton, including celebrating Independence Day.

 

 We went back to Bear Lake to have a reunion with the Harpers.  Great weather and more beach time!

 We did a quick trip back to Declo to enjoy Declo Days and then we began our drive back to KC.  The kids did terrific!  They played with tablets the whole time.  Julie got fussy the last few hours but we all made it back home great.

 A few weeks later, we took a trip to Omaha and Seward, NE to see my cousin's farewell talk before she left on her mission.  It was great to see extended family.
