Father's Day
I flew out to Idaho with the kids and we spent a few fun days with cousins and grandparents. We did campfires a few times and went to the mountains for a picnic. We also did a swimming day in Grandma's backyard. Grandma also borrowed a kitten from a neighbor to let the kids play with.
David then drove our car out to Idaho and we went to Bear Lake with David's friends from BYU. We had a total of 14 kids there and they were all similar ages. We went hiking and swimming and enjoyed each other's company.
After that Bear Lake trip, we went to Layton to spend a few days with the Yates. David celebrated his 33rd birthday and I surprised him with a trip to a ninja warrior gym in Ogden. We met a former ninja warrior contestant who owns the gym and we tried out some of the obstacles. David did pretty good! It is a lot harder than it looks!!
