Kids Activities: Julie and Grant are playing soccer (David is Grant's coach this season), Kate is playing volleyball, and Mason is doing Cross Country. Kate took a short day off of school and we got some breakfast together.
I took Julie and a few friends to a Royals game for her birthday. It was an awesome game; we smoked the Twins!
I took Annie on a trip to St. Louis to see my friend Holly; her daughter Carrera was playing soccer. We watched some games, went to the temple, Six Flags, ate good food, and just loved seeing friends.
On our way back, we went to a gender reveal party for my one and only friend from law school, Aarti :)
I got to speak at the John Whitmer Historical Association at the Truman Library about International Human Rights and the Lebanon Colony in northern Mexico. Nerd alert!
We had a friend, Sydney, come to town so we went out to dinner.
My Mom came to visit! We loved having her for a few days and seeing all the kids activities. We drove to Seward, Nebraska for my cousin Ben's missionary farewell.
School Activities include donuts with dear ones at Liberty Oaks, and the fund raiser Color Run at Discovery. Check out Grant and Julie's new hair cuts!
Annie and Julie were invited to a Hindu festival where they participated in Kumari. So special!
